Before moving into fashion design, Kelly Hsieh built her foundation in hospitality behind the bar and kitchen at:

  • Hotel Amarano – Burbank

  • 333 Restaurant & Bar – Taipei

  • W Hotel Woobar – Taipei

  • Prep Chef, Rummin’ Tings, Central, Hong Kong

  • Commis Pastry Chef - Regent Hotel, Taipei

Formally trained through the National Bartenders Program and The Cocktail Camp (San Francisco), she combines technical precision with aesthetic presentation. She also holds an advanced certification in Matthew Kenney Contemporary Raw Cuisine, bringing a culinary-driven perspective to flavor balance, ingredient sourcing, and modern plating.
